Wholesale trade catalogue texxtiles and haberdashery measuring 7.25 inches by 5 inches. some 150 pages Front vey worn and frayed. Front and back loose with sellotape marks. The ink markings as shown in the picture are present on only 3 or 4 double pages and appear to be some sort of price indicator. The catalogue is divided into sections or departments as follows: socks etc pp 3 to 50 with further sub divisions of different types shirts drawers and pants pp51 to 73 but some frocks and dresses included, fancy hosiery ( including muffs, scarfs, cloaks, caps shawls and bonnets) pp 74 to 92, blankets pp93 to 94, gloves pp96 to 103, Numbering starts again haberdashery (tape, thread, needles, pins, lace) pp1 to 18,trimmings and silk velvet ribbons pp1 to 8 , parasols, umbrellas and stays pp1 to 6, shirts, fronts,collars ladies; underclothing, handkerchiefs, towels, carpet and leather bags, portmanteau, hat cases pp1 to 26.
