no edition or printing stated only copyright date 1934 - assume 1st, toning with light soiling to edges of text block - rubbing wear to top/bottom edges of spine and top/bottom corners of boards (bottom corners worn through to expose very small area of board beneath) - a former owners bookplate and a short newspaper clipping about this book dated "3/18/65" attached to front free end paper, staining/toning where the clipping was attached, mylar enclosed dj shows edge wear, tape-repaired tears, front/rear flaps reattached with tape and spine missing - several tears along top edge with a number of creases and some scuffing to front panel - 7/8" tear to right edge of rear panel - small pieces missing to top/bottom edges of folds to flaps - original price intact, illustrated with black & white photographs.
