If you do so, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss resulted from unnecessary handling by you. We we will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned them. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. All shipping costs are based on books weighing less than 1Kg. If your book order is heavier than 1Kg or oversized, we may contact you to let you know if extra shipping is required. Overseas shipping costs are based on either Royal Mail International Tracked Service, ParcelForce or Fedex. If you wish to use a specific or alternative tracked service than the one shown, we would be pleased to provide you with a quote. We recommend to all our customers to use the priority service as this is a much quicker and more secure method of shipment.

Please note that the default rate for worldwide shipping is £45. Please get in contact before ordering for a specific quote for your country. If an order is placed, we will contact and notify you of any additional shipping charges that may apply due to weight or location.
