Chapters on female library assistants and competitive examination as well as freedom in public libraries, young readers and a complete list of the members of the conference. Each country discusses their processes of working, involvement in education and scientific investigations In a cloth binding. Externally, sound with some rubbing and marks to boards. Corners and head of spine bumped with sunning to spine. Internally, firmly bound with slight cockling to pages and foxing to pastedowns and endpapers, otherwise pages bright and clean. Very Good.
