Lo Joined The International Business Machine Corporation, Poughkeepsie, N. Y., In 1960, And Served As Manager, Advanced Technical Development, In The Data Systems Division. In 1962, He Was In Charge Of Exploratory Digital Technology In The Components Division. In His Field Of Work, Lo Contributed Technical Papers, Lectures, And U.S. And Foreign Patents.
