Very rare original 1887 patent medicine advertising pamphlet, "A Treatise on Salol, the New Remedy for Rheumatism and Rheumatic Affection." The pamphlet is overall in good condition with some minor signs of wear and age. It is softcover in its original paper wrappers which have some foxing and other light wear. The binding is good and sound. The interior is lightly toned from age with some occasional light foxing. There is about an inch long tear to the bottom margin of the title page. Along with that there may be the occasional page with some kind of minor imperfection such as a light bit of foxing, soiling, or grubbiness, creased page corner, tiny chip or tear, etc. Generally though, its a nice copy. It measures approximately 9 1/8 inches by 5 7/8 inches and is 16 pages long.
