We offer a full Money Back Guarantee on all of our books.
We regret that Refunds cannot be processed 30 days after delivery of the book.
We are confident in our packaging and postage solution, as such we will not be able to
process claims or refund for items damaged in transit.
The Distance Selling Regulations state that you have a 7 day cooling off period, during which

Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 1 business day. Shipping costs are based on books weighing under 1Kg, including packaging. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
We use professional book boxes and carefully wrap all of our books in acid free tissue paper before wrapping them in a protective layer of bubble wrap.
All of our books are sent 2nd Class recorded using Royal Mail, this normally takes 2-6 working days. If you require next day delivery, we will normally be able to do this for you, free of charge. Please contact us if you require this extra service.
Overseas customers, we use the International Signed and Tracked service from Royal Mail, depending on your location, this can vary between 3 and 10 working days. The service is normally trackable, though this may not be available in all countries. Please see below on why we recommend that insurance is included in the postage cost.
If you feel your item has been damaged in transit, you will need to follow the relevant process through Royal Mail in order to receive compensation. We are happy to assist you in this process with any relevant information. As per our terms of sale, we cannot be held responsible for items deemed to be damaged in transit.
