Lightly toned grey/beige cloth boards--with attractive green and gilt decorations of a spider and web with a heart to the front board and spine. Front hinge is cracked but binding is sturdy without give. An altogether very attractive copy from the first "Du Maurier". From a recent Bonham's and Butterfield's auction of early modern literature.
