Black and white plates showing rods together with casting techniques and leader knots. Includes chapters on Fly Fishing - Rods, Lines, Leaders - Trout Coloration - How to Fish the Wet Fly - When to Fish Light and Dark Patterns - Trout-Fly Fishing in the Rangeley Region - Dry Flies, etc. The book is bound in its original green cloth with gilt titles and decorations on the front cover and spine.
