1893 1st edition. Illustrated in b/w. The blue cloth cover is worn ant the edges and corners and there are a few small splits. The binding is still reasonably firm and there are no loose or missing pages but page 27/8 has a tear at the top edge. The first blank page has a previous owner's name. Inside there are some grubby marks and foxing which is mostly moderately light but widespread on some pages. Seller Inventory # 022640
