Most of this booklet is devoted to a description of Tulare County agriculture and crops produced there, with advice for prospective home seekers and investors. Sequoia National Park, Kings and Kern River canyons, waterfalls and "stage lines and accommodations for mountain travel" are mentioned briefly, pages 27-29. Rocq (1970) 15251 lists a variant of this booklet with 31 pages and no acknowledgment of Miot as the author on the title page. Printer's imprint on page 32: "THE NEUNER CO. / LOS ANGELES." Probably prepared for the Panama Pacific International Exhibition; copies were distributed by Peck-Judah. Rocq (1970) 15254. A fine copy. (#166841). Seller Inventory # 166841
