About this Item
Buy it before they ban it. (Warning - fantasy stories.) Charlotte Bronte was 13, her brother Bramwell was 12, when they began work on the fantasies that are the source material for the stories in The Twelve Adventurers. There is ongoing extensive debate regarding both authorship and completeness, with some citing the original stories as only fragments that were later expanded on by other contributors, while the stories are also viewed as complete as intended. This volume belongs to the fragment school, and some Bronte enthusiast consider that it is heavily adulterated by the contributions of others. Some denting to front board, significant corner bumping. Tight in boards. Seller Inventory # AF142
