About this Item

Green cloth on boards with faded gilt lettering to spine - almost unreadable. Book is tight, square and relatively sharp-cornered though and free of markings or flaws inside. A 1/2" strip at top of front is faded as well. Multiple beautiful b/w illustrations inside, including to endpapers - a forest scene with deer. Illustrated by Tibor Gergely. No DJ. A very scarce book.
