Light purple full cloth binding with gilt stamped title on spine. Covers show age tanning and edgewear but are otherwise clean. Gilt is bright. Upper corner of back cover lightly bumped. Dust jacket shows age tanning, edgewear, indentations, rubbing, scratches, shelfwear, and soiling to all extremities. Front and back panels show indentations at grooves. Front and back spine folds show heavy rubbing with loss. Sunning and rubbing with loss to spine. Light chipping and rubbing to corners. Previous seller's price sticker affixed to front flap. Black flap shows horizontal indentation and small crease to top edge. All edges of textblock show age tanning, scratches, shelfwear, and soiling. Heavy paste action to front and rear pastedowns with offsetting to free endpapers. Offsetting to front pastedown and front free endpaper from receipt. Price written in pencil by previous seller and small ink spot on front free endpaper. Indentations from rear pastedown and small ding to rear free endpaper. Hinges sound. Stab holes visible in gutter of rear hinge. Binding is loose in several places with stitching exposed but otherwise intact. Pages show edge tanning but are otherwise clean and unmarked. 227 pages. 5 X 7-3/8.
