From the collection of Max Miller, also addressed to him at his [then] Los Angeles home on the outside. Quarto, corner stapled, five mimeographed pages with the sixth being the addressing page. Centerfolded for mailing, fairly heavily age toned, chips at perimeter not affecting text; Good plus. An inexpensively produced but exceedingly rare copy of the John Weigle's UFOlogy Bulletin, here it's special report on Russia (a series of unusual claims, researched from a variety of publications] from April 1960. Includes an opening editorial; "Russ Startle World With Amazing Claims"; "Martian Moons Artificial?"; "Did A Spaceship Crash In Siberia ?" [Tunguska]; "Predicts Life on Other Worlds"; "Find Evidence of Martian Life"; "How Long Have Spacemen Been Here?" ; "Martian Would Doubt Earthman"; "Claim A New Planet"; "Canals Only Ice Cracks". An interesting piece from the early history of UFOlogy, scarce and fragile enough that it could well be a sole survivor by now.
