Synopsis
David Witter interviewed 45 successful professionals--all with net worth above $1 million, including 24% above $20 million -- who also hold family values in high regard. His book identifies the best practices, top concerns and considerations that helped these family stewards attain their success. They are outliers, not only when it comes to their business success, but also in maintaining gratifying long-term marriages, raising and educating children to be financially responsible with strong work ethics, meaningful and fulfilling spiritual practices, balancing career and family, intentional charitable giving, and leaving a legacy of not just financial assets, but also the wisdom to product and maintain wealth. In addition to studying the uncommon success of family stewards, this book also explores strategies to address their top concerns and anticipate their future challenges and opportunities. It will help you assess, improve and design new plans of actions specifically for family stewards to produce and preserve intentional wealth.
