First UK printing thus (with dust jacket, no statement of later print on the copyright page). The book includes the uncommon dust jacket which was issued over a year after the initial publication. An erasure mark upper right of the untitled title page and creasing from page handling. Pictorial boards have edge/rub wear and light bump wear. The DJ has edge/rub wear, creasing, foxing along the edge (visible at the top of the flaps) and light soiling. The title on the spine of the jacket is half visible on the rear panel. Actual book for sale pictured. 22.2 x 28.5 x 1.2cm, wt650g Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
