Orville Lindquist writes this book to debunk all sorts of myths about animals as a follow-up to his very popular book "Common Fallacies Regarding United States History." Lindquist discusses such untruths as "bears hug men to death" and "Chameleons take on the color of their surroundings". This book is clever and informative. Dust Jacket has very slight scuffing. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
