There is some foxing to the front flyleaves and on the recto of the frontis. The text is a little toned, but overall a sound, clean copy. Contains portions of various speeches of those in attendance that day. Thornton [8519] does not list an author, but the final paragraphs in summary are by Editor J. P. Caldwell. A very scarce item and in exceptional condition.
