First edition, first printing (per publisher's requisite statement upon copyright page). [10], 355 pages. Hardcover: H 21.5cm x L 14.25cm. Dust jacket rubbed; short closed tear at top edge of rear flap; small spots of laminate peeling at spine ends. Green cloth spine with bright silver stamped lettering; green paper over boards. Light green top edge; slight soiling to fore-edge; faint staining to bottom edge not affecting bottom margins of interior leaves which remains bright and clean. A very good+ copy in a very good dust jacket.
