Tall 4to, 35.5cm., 16 color plates tipped in. sewn binding in original lithographic printed paper over cards (often mistaken for the DJ itself), with original acetate dust jacket. Introductory essay in French by Henri Malo. Acetate jacket is tattered and severed, but has kept the lithographic-printed covers quite clean and bright, with just a single tear at the head of spine; text iteself is entirely clean and sharp.
