Hardcover 12mo is bound in deep blue cloth stamped with a gilt design of a ship to front cover inside a gilt border, lettered in gilt to spine, gilt to top page edges. 378 pp, including Index. Condition is Fine: exceptionally clean & bright, binding strong & straight, pages creamy white with light tanning around all edges. Internal illustrations & 3 foldout cityscapes (1 an engraving, 2 color lithos) are virtually flawless, with crisp colors & white margins.
