#48 of 160 printed. Plain white slipcase is missing 1/3 of top panel, scuffing on surfaces, wear at edges. Cream cloth boards are tanned with age, one corner is bumped, spine crunched head/tail, leather spine label has small chip top edge. All else fine. 1908 first edition. Provenance - from the collection of Maurice Sendak, certificate included. All orders packed with care, dust jackets protected by Brodart sleeve, independent bookseller since 2011.
