Every work discussed is illustrated, with the text and reproductions integrated. 272pp with index, illustrated with 16 full colour plates and 219 black and white illustrations. Some marking to cover, slight foxing to edges and former owner's name to front endpaper, otherwise very good copy. Unclipped DJ has minor fraying at top of spine and darkening to edges, otherwise good. HEAVY BOOK, additional postage will be requested.
