1st 1909. Almost very good condition with no wrapper. Original pale blue cloth with gilt lettering and decoration. 24 tissue-guarded colour plates. Folding map to rear. Top edge gilt. A & C Black Colour Book 7s 6d Series. viii and 181 pages including index, 2 page publisher adverts for books in same series to rear. Spine browned, red marks to rear cover lower edge and rear edge of spine. Endpapers and prelims browned and fragile. All plates present and lightly browned. Rear joint cracking. Condition: Fair. 1909. 181 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth with gilt decoration and lettering. Contains fold black and white maps. Rough cut pages are lightly tanned and thumbed at the edges, with creased corners and heavy foxing. Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Moderate tanning to spine and edges.
