First edition mass market paperback. 191pp. Clean, internally unmarked, well bound, a nice, sound copy. Pages lightly toned throughout. Three light creases to spine but binding remains very solid. Otherwise modest shelfwear. "A novel of bigotry, sex, and murder in a remote prairie town." Very little information found about this obscure novel or its author, who also wrote a novel entitled "Morning Comes Too Soon" (1969), published by Carlton Press - a defunct "vanity publisher" with no apparent connection to Carlton Books. Apollo press appears to be a short-lived publisher of fiction and sci-fi in the early 1970's.
