Adapted from book and movie by Disney for young readers. Naboombu is an enchanted island which has one problem, the King, was a proud bullying lion. However, when he tried bullying Miss Price (a good witch) he learned not to abuse his power! Pages not numbered. Child sized hardcover with red paper boards has stapled binding and shows wear along edges with missing chips in spine (stabilized with tape). Interior is tight and clean, but has child's scrawls in sky which does not affect legibility. Copyright 1971. Promoted both as "A Whitman Tell-A-Tale Book" and as an Authorized Edition based on the Walt Disney motion picture. Produced in U.S.A. Details of edition and print-run info not found.
