First printing with no additional printings listed. Housed in a custom leather slipcase with black panels and gilt lettering. Also includes a trifold to protect the book while in the slipcase. Good in the original blue leather. Faded on the spine and rubbed through for about an inch-and-a-half where the board meets the spine. Internally sound with a tight binding and clean, unmarked pages.
