136 pages with 12 full page colour plates and line drawings in the text + an 8 page publishers illustrated catalogue of other children's books at the rear, lovely cover paste-down illustration on top board and a clean and unworn spine with titles in black, No inscriptions, minor corner wear and a few page edges have a little age toning, otherwise a fine copy. Quarto or small annual size. Dated to 1915 on her biography pages and other titles on the catalogue.

We are a small, single-owner business. We have been operating on and off since 1977 and our stock is varied, leaning towards antiquarian and 19th century with the addition of original aquatint and lithographic, or woodcut engravings. Also maps and Ephemera - in fact, anything interesting on paper really. We have in stock every item we list. We do not use stock photographs, but photograph each item individually. We very rarely use "fine" or "mint" as a description, mainly due to the age and the fact that 99.9% of what we sell has been pre-owned and therefor Fine would not be a term for a book we sell despite its fine-like appearance. We always take items back unreservedly if not in the condition as described. We always try to describe fully.…
