Blue card stock covers under an advance copy of the dustwrapper - 1/2" talller than the proofs, front panel and spine printed only (flaps and rear panel empty). A VG+ copy with light soiling to the fore-edge but solid and clean w/ a wrapper slightly worn and sunnned.
