It is truly a guide to living a happy and productive life. The day-to-day challenges we face often seem insurmountable. However, honesty and kindness are contagious. The sharing of these traits will make our world a better place. (Undersecretary of the Army, Washington, D.C.)
The book The Way To Happiness should be an inspiration to everyone. By following the advice contained in the book, there is no doubt that all will benefit personally and successfully across life's path. (City Mayor, California)
How do you find real happiness? It can be difficult to keep going when times are tough, or when the choices others make set you back or hinder your progress toward your goals. Here are the real-life, doable actions and attitudes that help those around you build up values based on commonly held, easy-to-understand virtues and precepts.
People from all walks of life use this book every day to dramatically improve their happiness.
One can feel at times like a spinning leaf blown along a dirty street, one can feel like a grain of sand stuck in one place. But nobody has said that life was a calm and orderly thing: it isn't. One isn't a tattered leaf nor a grain of sand: one can, to greater or lesser degree draw his road map and follow it. L. Ron Hubbard
When one follows these principles and assists others to do so, one s own happiness and survival can be improved.
</html>"With over two hundred million copies of his works in circulation and dozens of international bestsellers, L. Ron Hubbard has inspired a movement spanning every continent on earth. All told, those works comprise some 5,000 writings and 3,000 recorded lectures and, as such, stand as the single most embracive statement on the human mind and spirit. His breakthroughs have helped millions lead more successful lives and achieve true happiness.

We go to a lot of trouble to describe fully each item on our listings - however if
you think something's not the way we said it was you may it return within 14 days in the same condition
it was received for full refund.
This is what we said here in 2018, the last time it was edited: "Postage and packing is charged at our rate listed with ABE. However it is worth pointing out that UK postage just goes on going up and that sending a huge Fine Art book to Timbuctoo is simply not going to travel there for six or seven quid. We feel that clarifying this is in everyone's interests and mention it because mostly we're not paperback merchants and include a sizeable number of hefty books in our stock."
Since then things have taken an even steeper down-turn; overseas shipping has become so expensive it's virtually impossible to send cheaper books anywhere simply because of the sites' policies of charging their commissions based on the combined price of book plus shipping. This was done originally because nobody could think of a way to circumvent those book firms, and we all know who they are, who insist on selling their books for twopence + shipping, and there's not much commission on twopence. However now that postage has gone through the roof and out the other side we have ended up with stalemate. Example - £8 book Economy to USA at £16 or £17, commission at approx 20% on £25 is £5. Net price of book before packaging costs £3. We won't even begin to discuss airmail, or air tracked. Solutions on a postcard please.
