The war-time photographs were supplied by the Imperial War Museum in London. Twenty years on from the signing of the Armistice, it looks at some of the changes to the Western Front from its state during the First World War to the development and restoration during the time since.

A fascinating book to see the changes over the 25 years after the devastation caused by the fighting in the Great War. It shows the level of restoration which was undertaken.

Slight warping of the front cover. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean. The odd spot and light age toning to the first few pages.
