Quarto; 176pp; color frontis of fireplace corner of large living room in contemporary ranch house plus several hundred b/w photos of ranch houses and plans. A near fine copy in rough sail cloth lettered in terracotta; light wear and scattered foxing to dust jacket. Cliff May was a California building designer best known and remembered for developing the suburban Post-war "dream home" (California Ranch House), and the Mid-century Modern.

Institutions can be invoiced according to their requirements.
For our California customers - we are required to collect CA sales tax on all purchases shipped within the
state (unless we have your valid CA resale certificate on file). The appropriate amount will be added when
your order is processed.
RETURNS. Any purchase can be returned for any reason; we will (cheer)fully refund the purchase price if
notified within one week of receipt and the book is returned in the same condition (shipping charges will
also be refunded if the book has been incorrectly described).
Shipping terms
All domestic orders include FREE USPS TRACKING and are usually shipped within 24 hours via Priority or Media Mail.
Overseas orders shipped via USPS Airmail at cost unless other arrangements made. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
