Inscription on Half-Title page. No other markings in text. Cloth headbands misaligned, top headband partially missing. Tight binding. Deckle edge. Clean covers and pages. The book was published by Doubleday for an initial retail price of $3.95. This early printing was printed in 1972 but retains the 1961 date on the copyright page.
