New York: The Viking Press, 1962. First American edition (1962). Very good copy in lightly worn dustjacket. Nature observations at north and south extremes of Argentina - Patagonia to tropical Jujuy. Light blue hardcover with light blue cloth spine, color illustrated dustjacket. Minimal edgewear, good hinges, sound text block, name at top of front free endpaper, pages clean and unmarked. The mylar protected dustjacket is priceclipped and has some edgewear and very minor chipping to the spine head, little paper loss. First US Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
