Also with previous owner's name written along top page edges. A good reading copy, not in collectable condition. Dust wrapper protected in archival mylar cover.; 265, [3] pages + maps on endpapers. Dark red boards with gilt lettering on spine. A historical novel, set in Otago, New Zealand in the 19th century. The characters include James Macandrew, the Superintendent for the Otago Province.; 8vo.
