A very good copy of this increasingly hard-to-find Office of Price Administration publication regarding the rationing of mileage and "the rubber situation" as related to the war effort. An 8.5" x 11" folded sheet, with three pages of text (the inner text is fully printed on the 8.5 x 11 sheet). No tears or fraying. Remarkably well-preserved.
