Pictorial cloth, color frontis, black and white illustrations from photographs throughout, 259 pages, plus the scarce dustjacket which is clear mylar with printed inner flaps, and the publisher's slipcase with front and spine labels. The book is in very good condition with some uneven age-toning to the endpapers and some light foxing to the frontis tissue and outer edge of the text block (not the pages themselves), good hinges, sound text block, no names or other markings. The dustjacket, which is a little shorter than the book itself, is not priceclipped [10.00] and has some modest wear and a couple of minor chips. The slipcase has shelfwear, especially to the extremities, some age-toning to the paper labels, structurally sound. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
