Blue-gray cloth binding with tiling in black on the spine and front cover. Clean text; 248 pages. With three pages of adverts, the last being the rear paste-down.The textblock is clear but toned, due to a cheap grade of stock used. Previous-owner signature (1924) on the FFEP. Light fade around the margins; with the spine now a light tan. The lettering remains sharp. In an archival plastic protector. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
