"A book of Household Reference, comprising Cookery and Household recipes, useful Medical and Gardening information, a simple guide to Etiquette and hints for the Toilet, as well as many other recipes and much useful information of a general nature - the whole alphabetically arranged and simply and clearly explained". Publishers original blue cloth covers with black logo and line borders to front, black titles on spine. Binding tight with light bumping and rubbing to corners. Spine ends worn with small splits to cloth. Small mark (glue residue?0 to front and black marks to back board. Fore-edge fox spotted but text clean. Small 'Handy Hints' newspaper article stuck down to front endpaper with sticky tape. Not ex-library. No names, notes or inscriptions. 426pp. All books are individually described. All overseas orders are sent airmail by Royal Mail International Tracked.
