Red hardcovers, spines with gold-color lettering on a black background, 2655 pp. [4 vols. combined], illustrated with hundreds of paintings, prints and cartoons, housed in the original publisher's slipcase with paste-on label on three sides. All stated First Printings. All 4 books in very nice condition with removable mylar sleeves. Vol. I with minor wear at top of spine. Slipcase with slight wear and 4 tiny closed tears on label. **These 4 volumes with slipcase weigh 8 lbs. (3.62 kg). Shipping limited to U.S. media mail.**.
