Seller: R. J. Books, Louisville, KY, U.S.A.
Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Limited Edition. This 512 pp. STATED FIRST EDITION has a PRESENTATION PAGE NOT in most of the First Editions, that states "THIS IS NUMBER 319 OF A LIMITED EDITION SPECIALLY MADE FOR PRESENTATION TO THE BOOKSELLERS OF AMERICA". The title is a well known novel by the renowned Kentucky author who was Poet Laureate of Kentucky AND who won the PULITZER PRIZE for "ALL THE KING'S MEN". Unmarked inside, it has a special thick clear Acetate Cover, that came on these Presentation copies, instead of a dust jacket, that is missing from most current copies. This one looks fine on the front, but is marred by a taped 3" tear on the rear. Otherwise the book presents nicely. -- THE PHOTO IS A STOCK IMAGE -- NOT A PHOTO OF THIS COPY !! Seller Inventory # 856
