It contains hundreds of meatless recipes for all vegetarians prepared in the "yoga manner,'' often described as "cooking with tenderness." Orig. published in 1959 by the Philosophical Library, this is the First Printing of the First Paperback Library Edition from Nov. 1968, in 154 pages + 6 pages of ads for other titles in rear. Condition is Good+: externally rather unattractive, with mild creasing, small smudge to exterior fore edge pages, rubbing to all extremities. Internally, aside from age-appropriate page tanning, it is completely clean & unmarked save for former owner's name to first page. Nicely protected in new clear mylar collector bag Free!
