pp. 309. Thick 8vo. Publishe'rs original teal cloth over boards, gilt lettering to the spine. Exceptionally well-preserved showing no detecatable flaws to the cloth extremities, short neat ink inscription to the upper-margin of the front pastedown otherwise, the text-block remains equally without blemish with bright, clean, and unmarked pages and firm, sound binding; near fine and housed in its original, unclipped, dustjacket showing some light chipping and short closed tears along the edges of the panels (now housed in protective mylar cover), bears original price of $3.00 to the inner-left flap. Scarce and uncommon in commerce in this edition and state. The story of the life and times of Englan's Virgin Queen, is the first of a trilogy which promises to be the greatest and most thrilling piece of dramatic writing this author has yet attempted.
