The four works, with original pictorial stiff wrappers, bound together in one volume. 8vo. Wine buckram, black coated end papers. Titled on the spine: "The Diversions of Andrew Lyell, 1st Series". Slight cracking to inner hinges, very modest shelf wear, a nice clean copy. The first two are humorous works in broad Scottish dialect; the third a comedy, mostly in verse; the fourth is a short prose work, with a dedication to the English and Scottish Societies for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
