this is the november 1964 first reprint, 8vo, orig boards, 2 stamped addresses(same) and stamped name to verso of front end paper, someone had a john bull printing set by the look!, a vg tight copy in complete NOT clipped dustwrapper which is a tad edge aged and edge rubbed has a modest mark to the bottom edge on the edge of the blue number, the wrapper is better than just good really , images can be sent of course.
