First edition, 12mo, pp. [4] ads, vi, 562; text partially in double column; a good, sound copy in original brown cloth neatly rebacked, original gilt-lettered spine laid down. The book went through multiple editions, but the first edition is uncommon: Harvard, Toronto, NYU, and Boston Public are all that are located in OCLC - plus the usual surrogates.
