First edition limited to 750 copies, 4to, pp. viii, [2], 92, [4], plus 8 facsimile plates (7 double-page, each with a descriptive leaf of text; 32 illustrations in the text, a number full-page; spine a little sunned, else near fine in original terracotta cloth stamped in gilt on upper cover and spine.
