About the Author

Anna Marie Guiheen spent 45 years as a bookkeeper and office manager for a local bookstore. After retiring, she toyed with the idea of taking organ lessons. Her sister, Marie-Reine Pafik, asked her about doing a reference guide to sheet music, and the organ lessons were put on hold. They co-authored The Sheet Music Reference and Price Guide.

Marie-Reine A. Pafik was an estate liquidator and appraiser by profession. After 30 years of experience in business she felt it was time to share her knowledge with others, and she and her sister co-authored The Sheet Music Reference and Price Guide. At the time of her death, her sheet music collection numbered in the 7,000s and spanned the 1830s to the 1970s.
