xxiii + 200 pages also within is the small errata page, contemporary brown board hardback Binding fair/good, some wear, paper title label to spine mostly missing, dark grey spine in good condition. Contents foxing to many pages, about half good and clean, one owner signature to top of title page, a couple of corner tip folds. Very rare. From a quick net check, at time of listing, could not find another original copy for sale. WorldCat lists only 6 copies in Libraries/Institutions.
